Tim Ervin

I was born and raised in North Texas and now live in McKinney, Texas with my wife and three daughters.

Before starting BuiltRite, I spent seven years in the banking industry in client services and leadership roles before transitioning into insurance in 2020. Since then, I’ve worked in agency leadership and training, helping both clients and agents better understand risk, coverage, and how insurance should work in the real world.

I founded BuiltRite Risk Solutions in 2024 to provide commercial clients with clear advice, responsive service, and coverage that actually fits their business. My approach is simple: help first, sell second. Every conversation should leave clients more informed and confident in their decisions.

Bart Mahnken

I’ve spent more than 25 years helping individuals and families protect what matters most. I was born and raised in the Texas Hill Country and began my insurance career after earning my BBA from Texas Tech University and relocating to the DFW area.

Throughout my career, I’ve focused on building long-term relationships and helping clients navigate risk with confidence. I hold the LUTCF and CLCS designations and take pride in providing thoughtful, dependable guidance rooted in experience.

I live in Plano with my wife, and our two daughters. Outside of work, I value time with family, travel, and staying involved in the community through volunteer work and service.
